An Important Non-Literary Update

I'd hate to say we predicted it, but, hey, maybe we predicted it.

Way back in the very first post, my absolute number one pick to win the whole tournament got beat, and beat hard, by an untested nobody.

And tonight, in case you haven't heard, or don't follow college basketball (whaaaat?), number one overall UVA just got beaten by 16 seeded untested nobody UMBC. And they beat the absolute bejesus out of them.

In the history of the NCAA tournament, a 16 seed has NEVER beaten a 1 seed. This is unprecedented. This is bonkers. This is nigh miraculous.

I'd say it could possibly be portentous. Maybe keep an eye on Moo, Baa, La La La. I'll be curious to see how it's run in the tourney compares to UMBC.
